Andromeda Galaxy

Andromeda Galaxy (Messier 31).

It belongs in the Andromeda constellation. In distance of roughly 2,5 millions years of light. Is the the most distant deep sky object that is visible from the ground with naked eye. We belong in the same local team of galaxies. It covers 4 degrees in the sky.

Up to the beginning of our century, was considered nebula. In 1924, Entgoyin Champl, measuring kifeides the coils of galaxy of Andromedas, first measured his distance from us. It appreciated distance in 700-900 thousands years of light, distance where ypolipotan from our current estimates. However, with the discovery this, opened the street of anagnorisimotitas galaxies (big conflict), forcing the astronomers of his season, to revise the structure sympantos. The second discovery of Champl, was that galaxis they are removed by us (1929), make that signaled the beginning of research for the dilation sympantos. However the galaxy of Andromedas, approaches our galaxy, with speed 300 kilometres the second. It is calculated that in 3,5 with 5 billions chronia, the two galaxies will be joined, didiakasia that will last more than one billion years.

It is little bigger than our own galaxy (diameter 140-180.000 years of light) and foteinoteros. It contains one thrice stars, sometimes more from these ours galaxy.

In the picture appear two from his 14 sessions galaxies, Messier 32 and 110.

During my involvement in photographing the "deep sky" I missed the accompaniment of music, as my musical experience guides me. So I decided to fill my astrophotos with my music. From September 2016 as a starting point, therefore, together with the Flaming Star Nebula,  I present to You, the ‘Floydish Pulsar I’, as my first musical composition (composition, performance and production by me), always inspired by these images.

Parallel Words ! and Dancing Stars I, complete my first trilogy.

Emjoy !
