Soul nebula (IC 1848, Sharpless 2-199, LBN 667)
Is an extended region of emission nebula in the constellation of Cassiopeia. The soul nebula is the eastern neighbor of the heart nebula. His visual magnitude is 6.50 with 60'x30' apparent size. The IC 1848 (IC=Index Catalog) is the open star cluster (upper right part of the nebula, where the star spike). Inside the nebula (soul nebula) there are several smaller star clusters such as Cr 34 and Cr 632. Beside the nebula, there is a larger emission nebula, the heart nebula. These two nebulae are metioned together with the name of Heart and Soul.
These two nebula, mainly of their's star cluster, are well determined. They are located in Perseus arm of our galaxy, 7.500 and 6.500 light years from us (for Heart and Soul nebula respectively)

During my involvement in photographing the "deep sky" I missed the accompaniment of music, as my musical experience guides me. So I decided to fill my astrophotos with my music. From September 2016 as a starting point, therefore, together with the Flaming Star Nebula, I present to You, the ‘Floydish Pulsar I’, as my first musical composition (composition, performance and production by me), always inspired by these images.
Parallel Words ! and Dancing Stars I, complete my first trilogy.
